Rules for Classifieds - REQUIRED READING

Evan-I had a friend on wff and not sure if he got the invite as well? His sign on was RobB on wff…
He had tons of issues getting on at wff, so it looks like he’s a “newbie” but he isn’t…before I go bragging about the new platform, just wanted to see if he had an invite sent to him?

No idea honestly. He doesn't need an invite from us, you can just send him the link.
 
We've updated Classifieds requirements: No longer a 10 post minimum. If someone is a forum supporter, that's all the requirement we need.

We still really want to see folks active throughout the forum, though. We're pulling this for now unless we see issues come up.

Yes I have. I’m “ISO” / In Search Of. I guess I just need to pay the site to purchase on the site or to list what I’m looking for

Indeed. As was discussed in the subsequent discussions in this thread: New Classifieds Requirement, All classifieds posts of any kind require forum support. We feel it's a small ask for the time and money we put in to running this site. The one exception is the ongoing "free stuff" thread.

I'm going to assume you were uploading pics and it said they were too large? When I have that happen and I'm on my phone, I just use the phone photo editor and make them like 50% size.

I don't know what our max size is.
 
Thanks. I was cropping and prepping from my iMac. Ebay says min. 500 pixels for longest side. Think that'll work?

That's pretty small but should be just fine. We don't really have a recommended size other than having a maximum file size.

2000 on the longest side is usually more than enough for internet photos. That's what I do when I post classified ads here.

There's no requirement. Just upload whatever you have so long as it's within the size limit (which is set quite high).
