You know that lake...

The one with a fenceline between the N and S campgrounds.
We fished it Fri/Sat.
Even though the weather was great, and water temps were low 60s...fishing was quite poor.
The two of us managed 8 fish in ~30 combined hours of fishing.
When we arrived, most sites were taken. When we left Sat afternoon, only 3 were occupied.
We did get a visit from a herd of weasels, and Bulwinkle (while exploring the north end) but id say this lake is a good 3-4 weeks behind schedule.

Forgot to mention water was 60-62F
Could lake turnover happen with temps that high? My assumption was it happens earlier in the spring, sometime after ice-off...when water is 40-50F range.
Conversed with one other fisherman who'd been there for a week. He mentioned there had been quite a bit of algae/veg/sediment in the days before, but the wind had cleared it all to the south end.
