There is no Safeway store under the Baker River bridge nor anywhere in Concrete. But some odd people who are not there to fish park there at times.

Safeway on Hamilton in Spokane is definitely in the running!
When I drive thru Yakima and am headed for HWY 97, I always stop at the Wolf Den in Wapato. It's on the rez so no Washington gas tax.
It's a bit sketchy (my wife saw a drug deal in the bathroom), but lots of pumps and the price is usually right.
Might be time for a hybrid Maverick. The Chevron here in Covtown is selling unleaded for $5.79
