Non-traditional menu this year: "Camarão na moranga": Brazilian style creamy shrimp stew inside oven roasted sugar pumpkins. Mix of langostinos and the last of this year's spot prawns. A family favorite for this time of year, served by itself or paired with rice. This yeat we made one with Cinderella and another with sugar pumpkin , we use coconut milk instead of cow milk or cream, we don't use flour or any thickening, we add some ball pepper, cayenne and use cilantro in addition to parsley.
