Who is going to try it?

I once caught a good sized pike and my Mom made quenelle, a classic French dish with pike meat. It was not good, at all. Escoffier be damned. Heresy to gourmands but not all things are meant to be eaten, and be I like offal, there’s worse like puke and most likely Caprs…but I am intrigued by the roe, never met any I did not like. In the UK we would fry cod’s roe which looked just like the stuff there. Granular as opposed to bigger ‘beads’ re Salmon or caviar.
