When life throws you a curve ball

Just got home. Surgery wet well. Thanks to all for your well wishes and thoughts.
It helps more then you know.

Glad to hear things went well and hope the early detection makes you cancer free. I waited several months before deciding to get tested and I'm happy to say my mammogram showed a benign lump which is common in "old" men. It was stupid to wait so long but a relief to get that result. I was told the medical term. It started with gero something or other. I guess I was in a hurry to leave. Anyway best wishes Iggie.
 
That is great news.
During the prep for surgery I was injected with blue dye. Then they tracked it for several hours.
It spread into the lymph system. They took samples from my armpit, waiting for results. I may need further treatment.
