I haven’t fished this boatman pattern yet. Doubt that it flips over though.

I’ve had some great action fishing the boatman or backswimmer
I believe they are similar

I've been in a bit of a fly tying funk....tying dumb little egg flies and all. I had to get out of it....I hope I did.

Mostly snowrunner and titan dub plus some waterproof markers, a touch of flash and a several saddle hackles (2 on each side)....all reverse tied hollow fly style.
