Mostly the same (guts) but a little different (dressing). I have a bunch of goat that I rarely, if ever use. The back 2 segments are my standard tie (some of you who got a 3 section single in the giveaway will see this). I added some of that glow in the dark flashabou just cause I think it looks cool. I have no idea if it makes any sort of difference or not. But also, in addition to the eyes up front, I tied a veil of goat over my foremost bucktail. Swim test tomorrow....in hopes of luring that 4'+ tank I've seen a couple of times on my not so secret lake.
I always like doing my eyes (if I do them) like that vs how I had to do them on mine with the goat veil. They're definitely way more aesthetically pleasing....

similar to the earlier one with the eyes and goat veil. no eyes, nor goat veil but this one will move more with less effort. Fly tying night concoction...
Another loosely based rendition, this one inspired by Cap’n Fishy’s collection; will have to give it a go with a golden olive head, as well.
