Ten days away from the vise so I’ll start with something familiar. Normally wouldn’t use an olive shoulder on a tan one but I was just shaking off cobwebs and the skin was sitting right there.

hook - WFC Model 6 #10
thread - Uni 6/0 tan
rib - small wire gold
body - Starburst dubbing tan
body hackle - ginger
shoulder - pheasant rump dyed olive
collar/head - pronghorn

Thread - Orange
Tail - Black hackle fibers
Body - Orange thread, wool, antron, floss, uni stretch or dubbing
Thorax - Black seal dubbing or black sybai spectra flash dubbing
Hackle - Black hen hackle
UV resin coated head

Wire - X-Small/small black and olive wire
Body – Tying thread. Build a tapered body with the light cahill thread followed by olive
Legs – Teal hackle fibers
Thorax - Gray ostrich herl and black/brown fur dubbing

Yes, it was sold to a corporation that has been buying up sporting forums right and left. That sale was what motivated people to create and migrate to this new forum. Good bunch of folks here!

hook - WFC Model 6 #10
thread - Uni 6/0 black
tail- pheasant rump dyed olive
rib - small wire chartreuse
body - medium tinsel holo black
body hackle - grizzly dyed olive
wing - Congo Hair baitfish grey
shoulder - pheasant rump dyed olive
collar/head - pronghorn dyed olive (1 Tbs Rit Golden Yellow/2 cups water overdyed with 1 Tbs Rit Golden Yellow, 1 Tsp Rit Dark Green/2 cups water)

That may be true, but howz your squirmy game?…
I do not like those squirmy wormies. They squirm too much when I try to lash them to the hook and if I crank down on the thread tension to get them to stay put, I cut through them. If there is good trick to getting them tied on, I'd love to hear it.
