The lighter one is more of a glide style (you can't really tell at all on the surface), which I've been working on to try to get them a little smaller and easier to cast than a couple I tied up earlier in the year. It's a combination of density of material up front (there's a shank in front of an Ahrex TP612-Trout Predator Short) & weight.
The darker one is a pretty standard platform jerk style (but will glide pretty well if you get your cadence just right).

I see TUNA flies... maybe on a stronger hook. Tied a tad thinner should be a killer saury imitation.
