Absolutely filthy…!!
Whoa whoa whoa. Tell me more about this wiggle bunny (please)…I'm quite liking this stuff. Tied one streamer - similar to the first one here - up with it, then almost instantly lost it to a solid hit/heavy fish and what turned out to be a bad spool of new 3X (Grrrr!) Here's a couple new ones:

Well... I just made it up!* Combined my two most successful big-fish flies. The foam wiggle lip has been killer for me.Whoa whoa whoa. Tell me more about this wiggle bunny (please)…
Very nice! What size hooks for those big ones? Rumor has it you have large hands…More big jig craws:View attachment 144504View attachment 144505

That may be the trippiest fly I've seen yet...I bet it will get a lot of attentionI like to tie weird stuff and try to get it eaten. Over the last few seasons, I've had very good success with wiggle flies fished on intermediate or sinking lines, so I thought I'd try a craw version.
Heavily weighted to keep it on the bottom and keep the hook point up for fewer snags, but will hopefully hop and wiggle with a strip/pause retrieve. Synthetic bunny is nice for claws because they tend to float up in the defense posture

They move in the water like a Lazy Ike, with a side-to-side head wag
*Edit: I did not make up bunny minnows OR wiggle flies, but I've never seen them combined![]()
Ok, what's the cantaloupe colored square ?I like to tie weird stuff and try to get it eaten. Over the last few seasons, I've had very good success with wiggle flies fished on intermediate or sinking lines, so I thought I'd try a craw version.

It's sheet foam, with the front edge cut at an angle, and then tied in extending below the hook eye. The broad, flat lip makes the fly tip to a diving position a bit, and wag back and forth as it's retrieved - it acts like a Lazy Ike, or a Flatfish for you native PNWers.Ok, what's the cantaloupe colored square ?

Gotta love imagination. Hope it works outIt's sheet foam, with the front edge cut at an angle, and then tied in extending below the hook eye. The craw one is a prototype - I'll pretty it up if it moves the way I want it to!

Those are really not that big. A 6wt throws them pretty easy. 4.5 mm bead. How do you cast those heavy bead heads? I’d need a supply of extra rod tips to make it work. LOL..
