"Landman" S2 is good, but there's a lot of repetition. Season 1 was excellent, and I'm a Billy Bob fan, so we'll soldier through. Andy Garcia is also a welcome addition.

"Alien Earth" has been out a while. Enjoyable Sci-Fi take on the "Aliens" franchise with Palantir's founder Alex Karp getting parodied as a bonus.

Very disappointed in season 2 of "The Night Manager". After nine years (!), you'd think the writers could have come up with more realistic plotting for the follow-up to the superb debut. Both on Prime.

"Parrish" on Netflix stars Giancarlo Esposito (Gus Fring from "Breaking Bad") and he's good. After a promising start, my wife and I ended up abandoning the show in E5

"Task" starring Mark Ruffalo on Apple is solid throughout and recommended.

Ken Burns "The American Revolution" covers a period in our history I wanted to know more about. Unfortunately, it's biased coverage (heavy emphasis on slavery, women, people of color at the cost of the actual military and, especially, politics of the era) which reduces its value. Worth a watch for history fans.

Heavily AI based!!!

I watched the first 3 episodes of Landman. Seems pretty good, but then Prime wanted me to pay more for the rest. I already pay for Prime, so hell no to that idea.

I just learned there's a season 2 of Night Manager and thought, "This should be good." I'll approach with caution based on Snagly's warning.

I watched 5 episodes of Ken Burns "The American Revolution," then PBS wants me to pay for episode 6. Not gonna' do it.

I guess Bezos's 416-foot mega yacht is too small so he needs to double bill Prime members to see programs without commercials all so he can build a bigger "boat"? (Like you, I haven't paid the added fees.)

Isn't Landman on Paramount+?

Started watching this today… marathoned and watched season - it is fun and funny in a charming simple way

Okay so it took way too little time to watch all the episodes. I rarely care much about a show abruptly ending but with this one , hell disappointed it just stopped. From started to finished 7 years but only 3 seasons… it was funny and charming . Now to find something not overly violent or not something so stupid to further dissolve our declining brain functions. Always a challenge. Especially difficult with programing here in the USA β€”- where overdoing everything is a stylistic preference IMO.

Just finished season 1 of The Night Manager, will start season 2 tonight or tomorrow.

Pretty good suspense spy action show.
Night Manager season 1 was good, season 2 so far is a disappointing predictable mess
