It is ridiculous that the Methow didn't go into hoot owl this year. Seeing how the flows have been tracking since July has kept me off the water this year.Methow was 68 degrees and ridiculously low when I went weekend before last. Hooked a rainbow in the morning when temp was below 65 but was shocked when I found out how hot it was. Glad I had a slow day and bought a water thermometer for the future

Lwr deschutes was 65.5 on 9/4. in the morning.
A and B refer to the steelhead runs (a is earlier, more numerous and smaller sized fish than B) C is the columbia river, D is the deschutes riverI am new to the details, can someone please provide the decoder ring for “A”, “B”, “C” and “D”? Couldn’t figure it out contextually in the thread. Thanks.
