when have you been stupid while fishing?
In my case, I reckon it started back in the late '50s and has continued sporadically through the ensuing 60+ years . . .
 
When I called Loop to see what options I had they essentially told me to fuck off.
Did you call the shop in ID? I went round with them for about a year via email, but when I was finally able to talk to someone at the shop in ID, they hooked me up with a new tip section that I had broken down on the Wenaha. 2 week turnaround. And past the one year warranty on that rod. Cost of shipping was all they charged.

I did speak with the shop in Idaho. They didn't even make the rod any more and said because they didn't have the parts I was out of luck.

Thanks man! Getting back out made it an easier pill to swallow. And lying to the wife about what reels and lines cost...
