Weel just watched a small town(Pomeroy) football 8 -9 year olds- farm kids east side…the music playing was fun during time outs…ZZ Top etc and of course… Epic.. Jeannes grandson is on the team as a lineman…big kid for 8. The Pomeroy Pirates won 32 to 12

one of my favorite concerts...FNM that is...played at Keller Auditorium in PDX....who woulda thought that place woulda been such a killer concert venue for a band like that. It was.

Sadly, I couldn't catch that tour, mine was Sol Invictus. Too bad those guys can't just get along!

I saw FNM at a great little venue in Sacramento, the Cow Palace (Bo-jangles on Thurs); sweet all ages venue held 100 or so folks, which hosted Cake as regulars and was a tour spot for the early grunge guys. Great spot.

Later saw Mr. Bungle open for Primus at a New Years Eve gig in San Fran, '92,-'93 maybe... what a wierd but awesome avant-garde set.

If you dont know Mr Bungle... maybe that's ok...
