The dawn of heavy metal right there. Remember seeing them on either the Dick Cavett or Steve Allen show, performing in front of a towering stack of Marshalls, and have never forgot it. You couldn't ignore those boys.

It's a Manilla Road kind of morning.
I'm not the biggest trad metal fan but I've been fairly obsessed with this album the last few days. Fun album and perfect driving music on a hot summer day

Sounds a little like Iron Maiden with a faster tempo.
The Cavelera brothers recently re-recorded Sepultura's first EP and first full album and they absolutely rip. Max's voice sounds incredibly strong, especially since it seemed he went through a period where it seemed like his voice was really struggling.
I haven't cared for any of their post Sepultura stuff but these re recordings are so friggen good and really take me back. Early Sep is legendary thrash metal and I'm really digging these.
