That looks kind of complicated, but delicious! What did you put on the beef before putting it on your grill? A marinade? Ya' know, I think you could post a cookbook of recipes for some of these dishes that you post. Some tasty looking grub ya' got there.
Kalbi marinade…cup shoyu, cup of water, splash of mirin, minced garlic, sliced green onions , minced ginger, splash of sesame oil, Tbsp sugar, ground black pepper, roasted white sesame seeds…stir until sugar is dissolved…into ziplock with ribeyes, minimum of 6 hours in fridge

Only time I have ever rooted for the Raiders, and then only grudgingly
Sort of glad to see AOC in there, but it was the Steelers, who I don't like, but do like Tomlin, so with AOC in instead of Minshew, could go back to hatin' on the Raiders for a week.
If Wilson would have started it would have been easier to choose sides...could have rooted for the Raiders.

Browned off some ground lamb with onions, garlic, diced tomatoes, and a pile of fresh homemade za'atar. Made the gravy and tossed in some fresh parsley and diced roasted white and red beets. Topped with more za'atar, feta, and a pretty standard mash made from yellow finns from my garden. Served with a simple cucumber, red onion, feta salad.
