What Are You Eating?

Working my way through last year's salmon in the freezer. I'm adding this one to the regular rotation for worknight meals for sure.

Last nights dinner. Sautéed up some onion and green pepper. Threw in a chopped up leftover pork chop and some sauerkraut.
Tossed it on a tortilla with some sweet hot mustard and added a couple strips of bacon. You can never have too much pork. 😉

Grilled, Dave's Killer Bread
Mayo and Mustard

It works best to put mayo on the outside of the bread when grilling a sandwich on the stove top in a pan. Of course it's not really grilling per se, but that's ok....

Egg and oil...gives the bread a good crispy finish.
