I followed that up with lamb chili...fortunately my stomach is half korean...
Last nights dinner. Sautéed up some onion and green pepper. Threw in a chopped up leftover pork chop and some sauerkraut.
Tossed it on a tortilla with some sweet hot mustard and added a couple strips of bacon. You can never have too much pork.

It works best to put mayo on the outside of the bread when grilling a sandwich on the stove top in a pan. Of course it's not really grilling per se, but that's ok....
Egg and oil...gives the bread a good crispy finish.
