It was fabulous...I've had Bordeaux's from the '60's that were also stellar; it just depends on how they were stored...

I have a picture of my wife, our two daughters, myself and Francoise Beaumont standing in her vineyard in Morey St. Denis holding a glass of her wine about 10 years ago. Her wines were incredibly excellent, and we brought back six cases. She passed about six years ago…I still fondly remember her fresh baked thyme gougeres she greeted us with when we first met her.
