I've been rear ended while waiting at stop lights four times in my life, three of those were by women driving Camry's (What are the chances of that coincidence.) So, my concern for an accident like the one in photo exists, I don't dwell on it, but it's real.
This is a shot of my rig a few years ago on the way home from ID to CA. There's a whole lot of boat butt sticking out there, that would be easy for someone not paying attention to drive up under. Thought at times of hanging a red flag off of the anchor boom or even a third stop lamp.Might need to rethink it.

Note the headlight is still working. Maybe the makers of taillights for boat trailers could get a few pointers on how to make a watertight submersible fixture.

Bro… the bridge is to the right.
Be careful in WA… my wife got and kids got smoked by some lady texting at 40mph. Driving a BMW and only insured for $10k in property damage(WA min), I was so pissed to find this out.
