I sort of get a kick out of politicians directing agencies to achieve mutually exclusive results, usually with no funding to do so.

I read the whole thing, unf--king believable.
What little I know about the government trying to control wildlife/fisheries has been one screw up after another.
I have never seen "one size fits all" ever work.
