Water rescue on Cedar River today

Seeing some news on FB of a water rescue at 18167 Cedar Grove Road area at 4pm today. Anyone know what happened? Hope everyone is ok.

I don't know, but Snohomish county and Sultan FS have been practicing river rescues the last week in Sultan.

Maybe someone say them with a rescue dummy amd mistook it for real life ?
