Hey friends - I broke my much fished and loved Sage SLT 5 wt 9 foot rod. I have had it since the early 2000 years and am super bummed. The Sage page lists it as a not repairable model. I will still follow up with them but I don't have much hope that it can be repaired. It is a 2 piece and the top section was broken.
Does anyone have an SLT sitting around that needs a new good home? I know that this is a long shot but if there is one out there in good condition, I would pay a fair price for it. I know that there are alot of great fly rods out there but I would like to replace this model if possible. I have seen at least one on ebay for around 600 bucks but that price will not work for me for a used rod with no warranty. Just asking about in case there is one that you might part with.
