Look under the articles tab on Skagit Bull Trout. I think most of the bulls are about to spawn right about now at least in the places I've been able to target them so might not be the best idea. You need to be able to cover a lot of water to find them. We're about to get our first big week of rain in most places the 28th-3rd so you're ability to move up and down the river on foot might not be possible. I fished a river last year about this time that went from 248 CFS - 1960 CFS overnight making it very dangerous to wade effectively.
