Vintage fly fishing advertisement

I thought this was pretty cool. Picked up this copper printing plate/block used for an early orvis ad. I only found this image, online, in the back of the Anglers Annual from 1904-5. Not sure if it’s the plate that was used but came from the area it was published.

Anyone have any other early advertisements

That is very, very cool! Years ago I was working at a bank less than a block from the old Orvis store on Bellevue Way. They moved a block to the west and their old building was bulldozed for a new high-rise. I saw that beautiful, wood sandblasted Orvis sign laying in the rubble and wondered if I should toss it into my car. I left it thinking someone else owned it and wanted it, but now I'm guessing it went to the dump, sadly. Now I wish I had grabbed it, it was beautiful and cool.

I did cut this ad out of an old 1930's outdoors magazine.
