For those of us who have launched boats in predawn darkness and know what a poop show the launch site(s) can be, this is interesting:

I don't see that WDFW, USFWS, DOE or any of the other myriad agencies involved with fish, fish habitat, etc., are looking at improving conditions of the "launches".
