Got jealous of some of the mountain stream fishing so even though my back hurts I got out. I could manage a game trail.

Probably could have picked an easier place to fish, this was about the most open spot, but the air and water were both 56 degrees when I got going so it felt good.
20240720_easy_spot.jpgFished the usual stuff. The muddler daddy dressed with the froggs fanny Zak gave me was really good.

Couple doubles and a triple hookup, but only took a pic of this one.

Back actually felt better after getting some work, hopefully it doesn't lock up later.
Thanks for the inspiration folks, the mountains do my head good too.

Glad to hear it Tom. Feel better!
I do this morning, thanks. It's weird, got through moving OK, but we've had the grandkids quite a bit, and playing on the floor, sitting playing video games, other things, or just sitting too long house shopping on the computer and my back just gets to hurting. The other morning it felt like I could barley keep my trunk square over my hips and my knee was wobbly. I've found over time that if I can get out, I'll usually feel better later. Went for a walk two days ago, fished some yesterday, and now almost feel normal. Strange, but usually as soon as my feet hit the water, I don't notice my back.
