Upper Yakima Flows

Hello, does anyone know if the upper Yakima flows have lowered yet? Or is it typically mid-Sept when they are lowered?

Used to be they would gradually lower the flows with the flip-flop being done by around Sept 10th.
Haven’t fished over there in awhile so that may have changed.
