If you've been around this forum a while you've seen my spiel before--once again the Evergreen Fly Fishing Club is hosting their 12 week fly tying class coming up in January 2024. It is open to everyone, even if you haven't tied a fly before, and even experienced tiers will walk away having learned a new technique or two.

All materials and hooks are supplied--you just need to bring your vise and some basic tools. We can also arrange for some loaner equipment if you need them for the class.
It is held at the Rosehill Community Center in Mukilteo, WA on Wednesdays running from 6pm to about 8pm for 12 weeks (first class is 1/3/2024). Each week you'll learn a new pattern and go home having tied at lest one fly and have enough materials to make 2-3 flies. This is a great opportunity to sit side-by-side with some of the best fly tiers I know in the area, meet some fellow fly fishers, and swap fishing stories.
