Calm weather made for a nice cruise to the far end of the lake.
The fishing started off good.
About an hour in I hooked an unusual bycatch.
Nothing like trying to wrangle a hook out of the nose, of a p’d off Husky.
He took cover the rest of the day.
I once hooked a black lab in the arse while fishing a hill loch on Scotland, pretty much the best first run I ever had as he scorched up the hill. He was ‘no happy’ as we say.
