Yes, there are flounder in Hawaii! Very scrappy and very tasty fish.

Mingo, you are killing it! That peacock grouper is definitely what I caught back in September when i was there. Looked exactly like that. Cool fish.

I'll be back next aug/september. May need to bring my dirt bag gear as well as the fly rod this time... Thanks for the motivation!!
