That is something that will have huge repercussions for nuclear nonproliferation. Small countries are not going to want to give up their nukes after this, and will be trying to get nukes if they don't have any yet. Bummer.

Don't want to get off topic, but of course delay - how do you prevent? You prevent by delay, then extend the agreement, then extend again, and again, etc, that's what treaties do.

Just saw a segment on the nuclear plant - apparently chances of catastrophe are relatively small, but if there are radiation leaks, the prevailing winds blow it into Russia.
Osirak comes to mind...the government has perfected the art of monitoring things without acting. It's not just steelhead and salmon!

Biden needs to demand that the Russian government hand over Putin to NATO immediately, immediately pull their forces out of Ukraine including Donbas and Crimea. Immediately withdraw Navy from the black sea and then prepare nuclear sites for inspection and disarmament.
