Tying night #2 - Creekside / Formula Brewing in Issaquah, April 8th - 5:30pm, start at Creekside Angling

If I wasn't out of state, I would have come; while I have been to Creekside frequently, I've never been next door to the Brewery...have a good time.
I will be attending for sure. I am not worthy for you deciding on whether you attend or not.
I am going to meet others and share common luv for fly fishing.
@flybill is quite a character and fun to be with. We met there a couple of weeks ago and had a good time interacting. We also went to Creekside and I was able to find some materials I was looking for too.
My timing is dependent on how quick I can fix my MIL's computer issues and traffic. I will be there!

@flybill , thank you for working so hard bringing this all together. I was the only other PNWFF member in attendance. The 4 others in attendance were brought in due to your networking with Creekside and Formula Brewing. One even came from an Instagram post, I believe.Last bump! Tonight! Be there and join us! One was a brand new tyer, starting tonight! She tied up a bunch of wooley buggers, and got better with each one. Bill is a great teacher BTW. The other 3 have only been tying 3 years or less.
The young gentleman next to me has been tying streamers for 3 years. He was amazing and using techniques I have never seen, nor will I ever attempt.
Vises, tools and materials were shared, techniques and opinions were shared, when and where to fish (generally) were also shared.
Seeing these young tyers inspired me.
A huge success! Maybe not what you intended, but, IMHO, better than either of us intended/expected.

Fun evening! We had a full table at Formula, great pizza and beer! It was great meeting the new people, and we all chatted like we had known each other for years! We invited everyone to join this site too! We had room for many more, the two tables behind us were reserved for us and the service was great at Formula!
