Toyo Tire Recall

I frequently USURP a conversation at Les Schwab and just utterly dominate the conversation by shouting. INTERJECTING. I step in and explain!!!

The Travers can only be spotted if you hide behind the rack of faulty Toyo AT tires at your local Les Schwab.

My truck had Toyo Open Countries on it when I bought it. Couldn't wait to replace them. Had horrible traction and loss of control when the roads got even slightly wet. That model also doesn't handle lower temperatures well either,. So, no surprise there's a recall on one of their current models.

I agree , Toyo IMO is the most overpriced overrated tire I’ve run on my truck .

Toyo Open Country MT's in 40" was one of the better off-road tires I have run on my truck...but that was a long time ago, and they were pricey. When they wore down, I never bought them again...

I think I've got the Open Country A/T's on my Xterra that I recently purchased from a buddy. They do fall out of window for the recall thankfully, but yeah, I've definitely noticed that wet traction isn't exactly their forte....it feels funny putting it into 4wd just to start off a decent incline when it's wet, but that's what I do if I don't want to have acceleration slower than my baby Prius. As soon as I'm able, I'll be replacing them.

LES SCHWUB has a PREMIER snack bar!!! Top in the game!!! That's why there's a Big Crowd of guys there on a Saturday morning Talkin Tires. Talkin TAAARRRRSS. Taking shits.

Gotta stand your ground Talkin Tires at Les Schwab having the coffee and whatnot waiting for the shitter to open up.
