They have teeth

Hi guys,
Had a great trip with a buddy in Oregon. Note to self, bring longer pliers.

My buddy has caught nearly everything under the sun, but this was his first bull-

My only fish that day was a really thick redside of 15"-

I was solo the next day and caught a couple beauties-

And yes, they have teeth-

What a October we've had. Now some rain please!

Tight lines,

Very nice (well, except for the lacerations, but those were obviously worth it)!

Ha!

Somehow I've never managed to get snagged by Bully teeth? It might be because I'm using 6-8" flies so it's a lot easy to yank outta there. There become surprisingly docile once netted.

Beautiful fish!

well, you're not supposed to lip 'em like a bass...

j/k, excellent report!

Not gonna lie, I was worried this was going to be another "wolf" thread after reading the title...

Joking aside, awesome trip! Always fun to put someone on their first species catch. Somehow I like it with bulls more than many other fish. They are just such a cool part of the ecosystem.
