How about some Scandinavian knives. Always through a Mora into the cart with my sierra trading order. Have them all over the place and they are a great sharp user knife. Picked up the Helle knives somewhere. Carried the small one in my bird vest and the other is a floating fish knife.

I caught the safety razor bug about 15 years ago. I too, hate shaving and am a once a week shaver at best. They work well, and they work with thick beards. However, TSA doesn't like them, so my wife bought me a "Harry's" last year and I have to confess that I now prefer it when I'm shaving more consistently.

I haven’t sifted through this entire thread, but enough to be happy….. that my collection of (ballpark) 60 is tame. I’m not a collector per se, but I seem to acquire at a steady rate. Very few outright hunting knives (as I’m not a harvester) but several Case and SAKs including 3 alox Soldiers. Lately I’ve settled on the Spartan (have at least 4) since it fits my lifestyle well, but that’ll no doubt change. Always has.
