Redington Crux rods - considering getting one. But the reviews are all over the place.

Anyone here have any actual hands on experience with one?

I'm in the market for a 5wt fast action rod. I found a great deal on a Crux, but the reviews are confusing.

Redington Vice. I have the 6wt and throw big bushy salmon flies with it.

Haven't decided yet. Have 2 old medalist reels that would work, but I have a craving for a more modern machined aluminum reel for this rod.
