Odd...
I mean, unless that's who Josh wants, and it may be, you'd think a D guy would be the one, and keep Brady at O.

weird hire....

also weird....Broncos firing their "OC"....I mean, what the fuck did that guy do? Payton was (and is) always callin' plays. He made a bad call, I get it....moving on....on to next year.

Coming from behind every game is not sustainable. I'm sure he'd like a cushion going into Q4. He may be the one communicating with the QB, but if the OC isn't involved in the planning and play calling then what the fuck is he there for?

Ex Raven’s OC Todd Monken is the Brown’s new HC.

The sports world HOT TAKES melting down over belichick not getting in the HOF on the first ballot is kinda funny.

I mean, don't get me wrong, the guy deserves to be in the HOF for his on field work. But I also have little sympathy for him. Treat people like a jerk for years, have your team punished for cheating multiple times, start a beef with the most powerful owner in the sport, etc... don't be surprised when stuff like this happens.

I low key wonder if Kraft didn't organize this so they wouldn't have to share a stage.

Yeah, I'm conflicted on that one. There's coaches that had a fraction of his success that were first ballot. The guy had like 2.5 hall of fame-worthy careers (going back to when he was a coordinator). But he also has a lot of controversy and stains on his record that I know permanently damaged his reputation for many.

Bill is getting his just returns for all the cheating scandals, generally being a dick bite, and treating the media like shit for decades.
He will get in for sure, but gets slapped by the voters who just don't like him.

No first ballot HOF for you...1 year !!!

There have been several HC’s that call offensive plays…and also have OC’s…their main job is to prepare their players in meetings and practice since the HC also has other responsibilities

I dislike Belichick for many reasons…but he is a first ballot HOF candidate…there is no question about it…

Browns DC Jim Schwartz was pissed that he didn’t get the job…told the Browns he is not returning, even though he has a year left on his contract…bet he is calling both the Ravens & the Raiders

I find it interesting that the Browns filled tneir HC position before the Ravens…

Wonder if the Raiders are waiting on Kubiak...or if they just can't wait that long, have no takers yet ?
With cap space and draft picks, somebody will take that job you'd think.

Yeah, but then you'd be the Raiders HC. Seems like a built in deterrent.

I'd love a 5 year contract, and only work 1 or 2 of it and then get paid the rest in full.
