Hard to say...maybe different, but that 2nd half weather was tough to play in. Payton said Stiddy was ready, good enough to start for other teams, and was going to surprise people.

That Patriot DB wasn't surprised when Stiddy threw it right to him at the end.

The Rams did not convert a single 3rd down on a pass play all night.

I'm wondering the same. They need to acquire a stud running back. I think they'll hit next season with the unfinished business mindset.
 
Denver probably woulda won that game. But I don't think they could have beaten either NFC team in the SB.

How about, 'I promise that shit will never happen again', or "I put my ego and childish need to taunt ahead of my team and almost cost us the game". I'd consider benching him for the SB but that's probably crazy talk. He's still a good corner (just surrounded by great corners)

I wonder what would have happened if the Chiefs had a better season and got into the playoffs, probably would have won the whole thing. :p
 
I am pleased that my Patriots are in the Superbowl. There are kids in second grade that have never seen the Patriots in a Superbowl. That just does not seem right to me.

That.... and he hasn't played well for quite a while.

He drops what should have been an interception, bails the Rams out on 4th and 12 with the taunting, gets absolutely torched for a TD that could have changed the outcome of the game. All of that was in succession...that's quite a series.
