Personally I think the Bill's got jobbed, the rules for what is a catch are ridiculous and inconsistent to say the least. We are also now measuring technology, not what is a catch - how good is you camera angle and how many angles do you have; resolution of your super slow-motion camera and zoom, did the ball move, did it move enough to be considered loss of control, or not having control? Cooks caught the ball and was down by contact, full stop.
Course we know, the Refs favor the Donkeys, Bo Knows Refs
I think it was the right call. If it was the same catch and the ball popped out at that same moment it was pulled by the defender, it would have been called incomplete 99 times out of 100. Same logic applies for the int. vs catch and down by contact. As a Patriots fan, I am saddened by McDermott's firing. Illogical and emotional poor decision making is just what I have always wanted from a Bills coach.

He was not really BB's choice. He was the remaining QB on the roster when Brady left. The Pats signed Cam Newton for like a million bucks plus incentive during camp as I recall.
Stidham looks the part of NFL QB. He certainly has an NFL arm.

Stidham left NE like 5 years ago. He has prepared a long time for the chance.
He has started 5 or 6 NFL games total. His stats in those games are not bad at all. It averages around 20/30 250 yds.
Peyton will have a plan for him. He is an excellent coach.
Back when he was playing against the seconds.
Payton is a good coach. But so are their opponents that are playing with their ones.
This is truth...can you imagine what's going to happen if LaFleur doesn't get an extension?...You would have three teams with decent qb's looking for a head coach...They'll be looking the next hot coordinator ...
