It's not used often, but have seen it before
 
hell of a win and a surprising one considering the Hawks seemed back on their heels the whole game, running such a conservative game plan. Obvious how much the Rams missed Adams.
Hard to understand, however, a seasoned QB taking those loss of yardage sacks because he just won't throw the ball away. When he played for the Niners coaching made a point to tell him before and during the games he did play, throw the ball away and avoid the sacks, period.
Huge win, and may force the Rams onto the road during playoffs, hopefully in snow or mud...lol
 
I thought Darnold looked awful. He has little to no feel in the pocket and he seems to panic. He can throw the ball, is big and plenty athletic enough. However, I have a hard time seeing him be succesful in the playoffs. He seems to be so very scared of the rush and staying in the pocket. He flees the back of the pocket early and rarely steps up. This leads to holding calls and sacks. Hestraight up panicked at the goal line too when he threw the pick in the 2nd half.
 
Rams kicker was interesting. Besides looking like a lineman and wearing number 92, Harrison Mevis was no Harrison Butker, more like Harrison Beavis.

Gotta say I didn't post any predictions yesterday for fear I'd be wrong... and I was. I really thought the Rams were gonna thump the hawks based on the game with old man Rivers and the colts.

Have I mentioned I hate eastern time...

I slept through most of it, woke up for the second two-point conversion, but fell back asleep after they dropped it ... woke a little later to see that instead of 2 points behind, they were tied, WTF ... must have been a penalty I missed and they retried ... WRONG, backwards pass tipped forward, are you kidding me??? Was able to watch the finish - great game, Sam Bradford, no I mean Darnold (my best Herbstreit impression), finally came through in a big moment.

Congrats Seahawks and their fans...
