As bad as Kansas City shit the bed playing the biggest game on earth, they'll bounce back this season and definitely be in the hunt..... for a wild card.

Put a fork in the Chefs...they're done.
😁
Without the refs they're just middling.
🤣
The only performance worse than the Chefs was Kendrick's.
😅

Moving on is hard, too fresh.

That ,and the great dynasty of the Patriots ,and Brady went 10 years between Super Bowls . Those Chiefs are far from over . They just flat got beat by a better team .
Indeed.

The Pat's went to two SB's within those 10 years but lost them.

The challenge for the Cheifs will be Reid's age and health coupled with Mahomes age and health. Reid is 66 years old right now. How long can he coach? He is as much an offensive genius as Bellichik was a defensive one.

Mahomes is a far more athletic QB than Brady. He uses his legs a lot more. Will he be as effective as the legs start to go? Elway was a similar QB and won SB's after his legs were not as good. Other athletic QB's faced a sharp decline at some point.

Only time will tell.

Not to mention the division you play in…Broncos and Chargers have upgraded their rosters and coaching staff…

And the Raiders are bound to improve with Pete alone!

Justin Herbert was held back some this year. Coach Harbaugh knows what he has, build a better fort around him with an added weapon. Let him loose a bit. Chargers gonna make some noise. But damn the AFC is tough right now. Buffalo, Cincinnati, Baltimore, and the KC Chiefs are all legitimate contenders. Chargers and Broncos be knocking on that door in 25’.

Only time will tell . Those Chiefs pretty much lived on the edge all year . Mahomes had no where near the year he usually plays at . It appeared to me it was just a disaster waiting to happen , and it did .

IMO next year will tell the tale on the Chiefs future . I will be interesting to see how they bounce back. Yes Reid is getting old, and there is always that health thing to worry about . I am sure the stress alone takes it toll . Will see about Mahomes ,he was running for his live a good part of the year , he got beat up a bit . They definitely need to do something with that left tackle ,or nothing much is going to change . Beef up the offense line , he's got the receivers . Hopefully he won't lose any to free agency . Kelce is in decline for sure , hard to say if he retires or not . Football , and Swifty has taken it's toll . 😂

Steelers looking to try and trade for Trevor Lawrence...interesting move but unlikely I think.

a very thin 2025 QB draft class, a handful of aging/damaged veterans hitting the market, maybe 8 to 10 SB capable QB's in the league if surrounded by a good team, giving them uber financial leverage.
Pay a QB 60M a year and the $ to surround them with a quality O-line, receivers and running backs gets limited quickly.
Time for the NFL to raise the salary cap with a QB exception?
