You might look into either the Rio Euro Nymph Shorty line (there’s also a “technical” version), or just a Euro Nymph Leader (14’ including sighter, to which you a 5’ or 6’ tippet w/dropper, probably 5x & 6x).
I know very little about Tenkara or ESN, but it sounds interesting and feasible. Sure, a dedicated ESN rod is best, but I’d hope to limp along well enough.
