I was just thinking this over. If i do what is 1. Interested in watching a full on Demo and 2. Which days/time would be best? I'd like it an added thing for those of you to add something extra to come to the S&S.

I could do either one food or an actual meal and dessert. I'll have to think that one out depending on how many show. What do you all think? This will be a full on demo, so you can ask questions while I'm doing demo. This is actually good for me working on brain as much as you working on learning DOs.

I am in for any and all of the above! I think you should sell tickets!

I'm also fine a more laid back approach, with you not being "on stage." But maybe that structured full demo would make it easier for you to interact with several people at once?

This is going to be so fun!

My demos, except when I worked on the International Sporting Show, are more laid back. This is actually one of the simple things for me to do my plus it's also helping me working on my brain. It's a different way to work, so my brain works easier now things are done. But all my demos are laid back. I really learned a lot about demos when I worked with CeeDub.

Oh and I could do a demo for 100 people watching. As long as they ask for questions a special way. Instead of calling it out, like I used to do it, just raise your hand and I'll call in people one at a time.
