SW Idaho reports?

I recently re located to Payette county from Sandy OR. I am looking for advice on public acess areas to start fishing. Anyone have tips?

Sent my Grandpa's ashes down the Payette river a few years ago. Thats a beautiful area. A lot of people from ID buy Oregon permits and go to the Owyhee. Boise River, lots of opportunities within a few hours drive any direction. I would get a map out, pick a blue line or dot and look it up.

My grandfather is in the Trinity lakes. Couldn't imagine a better place to rest
