This is a rod that I think I acquired new several years ago at a raffle. It has never been fished or cast. It is labeled a 7’ 4 weight as Confluence by Stoney Creek Custom. The blank and components apparently came from Proof Fly Fishing. If so, they most likely cost in total $150+.
