You were correct as spell check changed it to my later horror as inadvertently listing a very disrespectful term. Sparctic is correct. My apologies to all who saw the original ‘spellchecked’ title and were shocked.

Not surprising to see a artic char and brook trout hybrid being successful produced.

We know that eastern brook and bull trout will hybridize naturally. The reason folks are concern about brookies in the same watersheds as the bulls.

I suspect that unless the hybrids are sterile (think tiger trout) that they would not be allowed to be released in any state's water system.
