No, I grew up in Billings.Do you live in Dillon?
I've lived it, man. It's complete and utter nonsense. If you're brave (or crazy) enough to go outside, every square inch of skin needs to be covered and insulated. If you don't wear goggles, your eyes immediately tear up and then instantly freeze. Your eyes literally freeze shut. It suuuuuuuucks. It's not the norm in MT, but most winters, you will get a few days of temperatures in that range. I'm baffled that the wildlife are able to survive it.I'm trying to contemplate -41 degrees....
Forgot one. Vehicles go "click" when you hit the ignition.I've lived it, man.
Need an engine block heater.. Cousin in Juneau, Alaska and another old neighbor in Battle Creek, Michigan.Forgot one. Vehicles go "click" when you hit the ignition.
Standard equipment & prudent to use, but neither foolproof nor a guarantee that a rig is going to start in those kind of temps.Need an engine block heater
I've been in -40. I don't remember my eyes freezing but I do remember the inside of my nose freezing. Lucky for me the school bus stopped right in front of our house - and never missed a day.I've lived it, man. It's complete and utter nonsense. We wore those ski masks that people use when they're robbing banks. And engineer boots because they were cool and all the kids had them.
Ditto on the masks. For boots on my morning paper route I had a pair of these sheepskin lined WWII aviator's boots along with a coupe of pairs of socks. We wore those ski masks that people use when they're robbing banks. And engineer boots because they were cool and all the kids had them.
