The above picture was taken April 1st - side scan shows a fish 45 feet from the transducer. Full disclosure: this unit seems to get confused when I first turn it on especially if I'm only in a foot or two of water. Once I'm a bit deeper, I turn the unit off and restart it, sometimes a couple times, then it works.

The transformer shown above can be used to power the sonar from an alternate battery outside of the sonar housing. @_WW_ gifted it to me, I never used it (thanks again, Wayne).
