Snow in June?

I drove through a white out on my way home today, I have never seen so much cottonwood in my 53 yrs! Was as thick as a heavy snowfall that looks like you are time traveling will driving.
Then I hit the thunderstorms and massive down pour that the windshield whipers couldn't keep up with on high!

What amazes me are trout leaping out of the water through the cottonwood after emerging flies.
 
Tons of “cotton” down here too. I’m seeing it stacked up in eddies. Anybody seeing rising carp? I have been looking but haven’t seen any yet, I have spotted some cruisers though.
